to oversee the end-to-end construction of residential villas and commercial buildings. You will be responsible for translating architectural layouts into reality, managing on-site execution, and ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and budgetary standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision:
Manage day-to-day operations for residential and commercial projects, ensuring construction aligns with approved architectural and structural drawings.
Layout & Marking:
Execute precise site layouts, including center-line marking, column positioning, and plot demarcation.
Resource Management:
Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of tasks.
Quality Control:
Conduct rigorous inspections of concrete work, masonry, finishing (flooring/painting), and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations.
Progress Reporting:
Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), track material consumption, and ensure the project remains on schedule.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce on-site safety protocols and ensure building codes/regulations are strictly followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in building construction (villas and commercial projects preferred).
Technical Proficiency:
Ability to read complex layouts and structural drawings; proficiency in
AutoCAD
and
MS Project/Excel
.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle high-pressure deadlines.
