1. Site Engineer ( 10 Openings)

Experience - 2 to 3 Yrs

,

Supervise daily site activities and manage labor and subcontractors. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager on daily site operations. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth workflow. Check and verify materials delivered to the site as per requirements. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure quality control at all stages of construction. Handle site measurements and assist in billing work. Ensure adherence to timelines and resolve site issues promptly.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in

building construction and high-rise structures

. Good knowledge of

civil, reinforcement, shuttering, finishing, and structural works

. Ability to read and interpret civil drawings. Familiar with

construction materials, site management, and safety protocols

. Strong communication and leadership skills.

2. Planning Engineer Site level (5 Openings)

Experience - 2 to 3 Yrs,

Prepare and update

project schedules

using MS Project / Primavera. Plan and monitor construction activities to meet project timelines. Coordinate with site execution, procurement, and design teams for resource planning. Analyze delays, identify risks, and suggest corrective actions. Track daily/weekly progress and prepare progress reports for management review. Assist in preparing

project budgets, cash flow, and resource allocation

plans. Support in preparing

work schedules, material delivery plans, and manpower deployment

. Monitor subcontractor progress and ensure alignment with project schedules. Prepare

look-ahead programs

and coordinate with the site team for execution. Maintain records and documentation related to planning and scheduling.

Required Skills:

Experience in

high-rise building projects

is mandatory. Proficiency in

Primavera (P6)

or

MS Project

. Strong understanding of

construction planning, sequencing, and resource management

. Knowledge of civil construction techniques and project management concepts. Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

3. Engineer QC (Site Level) (5 Openings)

Experience - 2 to 3 Yrs

:

Implement and monitor

quality control procedures

at the site. Conduct inspections for

reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works

. Ensure all construction materials meet required

quality standards and specifications

. Maintain records of

inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation

. Identify non-conformances and ensure timely corrective actions. Monitor and check

concrete quality, cube testing, slump tests, and other QA/QC activities

. Support site teams to achieve quality targets and minimize rework. Assist the Project Manager in maintaining overall site quality performance.

Required Skills:

Experience in

high-rise building construction

is mandatory. Good knowledge of

civil materials, testing procedures, and IS standards

. Hands-on experience with

quality documentation and reporting

. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and coordination abilities

4. Engineer QS - (Site Level) (5 Openings)

Experience - 2 to 3 Yrs

:

Prepare

quantities take-off

from drawings and site measurements. Prepare and check

client bills, subcontractor bills, and RA bills

. Verify and certify quantities executed at the site. Coordinate with planning, procurement, and execution teams for project cost control. Maintain records of

material consumption, wastage, and reconciliation

. Assist in preparing

BOQ, rate analysis, and cost estimation

. Track

work progress

and align billing with project timelines. Ensure proper documentation for

variation claims and extra works

. Support project managers in budgeting and cost forecasting. Maintain transparency and accuracy in all quantity and billing records.

Required Skills:

Experience in

high-rise building and civil construction

projects is mandatory. Good knowledge of

quantity take-off, billing procedures, and rate analysis

. Proficiency in

Excel and AutoCAD

; knowledge of

ERP systems

is an advantage. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Good coordination and communication skills.
