About the Role

We are looking for a proactive

Site Engineer

with hands-on experience in

retail or commercial interior projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that work is completed as per design standards and timelines. Willingness to relocate to other cities for project deployment is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations. Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams to maintain workflow. Monitor material usage, inventory, and ensure timely procurement. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance requirements. Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary. Collaborate with design and project management teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Technology, or related field. Minimum

3 year of site experience

, preferably in retail or commercial fit-outs. Strong technical understanding of materials, finishes, and site processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Good communication and team coordination skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage deadlines. Must be
