We are seeking a

Civil Site Engineer

with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing site activities, ensuring the successful execution of civil works in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring the construction work, giving site markings adheres to the project schedule and specifications.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship on-site to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

Coordination:

Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, other engineers and labour class to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.

Documentation:

Maintain daily reports of site activities, progress, and any issues, and ensure that project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Safety Management:

Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site and report any safety hazards.

Technical Support:

Provide technical guidance and support for construction methods, designs, and procedures to the on-site team.

Site Inspections:

Conduct inspections to verify that the construction aligns with engineering drawings and plans.

Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues, working with other team members to identify practical solutions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

site engineer: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred) Industrial Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
