Job Description

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities. Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers for smooth execution of work. Check materials and workmanship to maintain quality control. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records. Assist in planning work schedules and resource allocation. Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site. Manage and verify measurements for billing and quantity estimation. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers. Handle any technical issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience:

1-5 years (varies by role)

Preferred:

Experience in building, road, or infrastructure projects
