Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior and furniture fit-out projects, ensuring timely execution, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in interior fit-outs, and the ability to manage on-site teams effectively.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in (residential/commercial projects).

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for interior & furniture installation projects.

- Ensure work is carried out as per design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

- Monitor subcontractors, laborers, and technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of daily progress, material usage, and manpower allocation.

- Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers to provide updates and address concerns.

- Ensure all materials and finishes meet company standards and client expectations.

- Enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

- Manage snagging lists and ensure timely rectification of defects.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
