Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Site Engineer
with a strong background in Kerala house construction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience and a proven track record of managing residential construction projects from start to finish. Preference will be given to candidates under 40 years of age with deep practical knowledge of site-level execution, local construction practices, and architectural detailing specific to Kerala homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure timely progress of construction work.
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, suppliers, and clients.
Ensure quality control and adherence to architectural and structural specifications.
Interpret drawings and execute construction accordingly.
Monitor site safety, compliance, and documentation.
Handle site measurements, billing, and material planning.
Report progress regularly to project managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Minimum
5+ years of hands-on experience
in
Kerala house construction
.
Strong understanding of structural systems, foundation work, roofing, wood and concrete finishes, etc.
Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage teams on-site.
Proficiency with site-level software and tools is an advantage.
Age below
40 years preferred
