For Freshers Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer Executive (Fresher) to support project planning, site execution, and quality control. The candidate will work under senior engineers and gain hands-on experience in infrastructure, building, or construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day site supervision and coordination. Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Help prepare daily progress reports and documentation. Support quality checks of materials and workmanship. Collaborate with vendors and contractors on-site. Assist in planning and scheduling project tasks.

Qualifications:

B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders can also apply). Knowledge of basic construction principles and materials. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to fieldwork conditions.

: 0-1 years (Fresh graduates welcome)

For Experienced Candidates (1-5+ years)Job Summary:

An experienced Civil Engineer Executive will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to design and safety standards, and managing contractors, resources, and timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site construction work and ensure project timelines are met. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site layouts. Perform quality assurance checks on materials and completed work. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, BOQs, and measurements. Handle site issues and escalate major problems to senior engineers/project managers. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma candidates with strong experience may also be considered). 1-5+ years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management tools. Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
