We are looking for skilled Civil Site Engineers who can independently handle day-to-day site execution work for residential/bungalow projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to manage teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely progress of work.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.
Prepare daily progress reports, material records, and site documentation.
Check measurements, verify bills, and ensure proper utilization of materials.
Resolve site-related issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
Communicate project status and challenges to management regularly.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
Hands-on experience in residential/bungalow sites is preferred.
Problem-solving, leadership, and team coordination skills.
