Job Description

Residential / commercial Project execution from Foundation to Finish.

Civil engineer- BE civil is a must.

Candidate should have minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in Site Execution

.

Preparing of BBS and Supervision of reinforcement cutting, bending as per BBS and drawings.

. Experience in residential & Commercial building.

- Experience in under contractor firm will be preffered.

- Experience of finishing work; floring; plumbing; is must.

- Experience in scheduling, estimation & reconcilation.

Supervision and Execution of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting works as per approved drawings.

Experience of Interior finishes with detailing is extra is advantage.

Carry out work in accordance with the Method statement & Work procedures.

Maintain site records and measurements.

Control Quality & Maintaining high standard of safety practices at site as per Project Quality and Safety Plan.

Reporting the daily progress in work to the Civil engineer Department.

Preparing weekly bills for Sub-contractors.
