Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute civil construction works as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth site operations. Ensure adherence to project schedules and monitor daily progress of work. Check and ensure proper use of materials, machinery, and manpower at site. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site registers, and measurement books. Assist in billing, quantity estimation, and material reconciliation. Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals. Identify site issues and propose technical solutions to avoid delays or rework. Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the site.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials. Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs. Good coordination and communication skills. Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality control. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting tools.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum

2-5 years

of relevant site experience (can be adjusted as required). Experience in infrastructure / building / road projects preferred.

Working Conditions:

Site-based role with extended working hours as per project requirements. Willingness to work in remote or challenging locations, if required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
