Assist in day-to-day site supervision and execution of civil works.
Monitor ongoing activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
Coordinate with contractors, labour team, and site supervisors.
Maintain site records, daily reports, and material usage logs.
Support in checking measurements, levels, and drawings.
Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
Assist in material inspection and reporting site issues to seniors.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work on field/site.
Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
