Manage, and maintain residential construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Coordinate with various contractors for timely/quality execution.
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Monitor/Supervise structural work of the building
Look after all interior work.
