Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is progressing as planned. Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team. Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation. Assist in resolving technical issues and unforeseen site problems. Ensure materials used are in accordance with project specifications. Provide technical advice and support to the project team and stakeholders. Maintain records of site progress, Material Inventory

Qualifications & Skills:

12th pass/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Experience of Civil Site Execution. Experience

2- 5 years

in a site engineering or construction role. Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Experience with [specific type of projects residential Structure & Finishing Work. Need a Condidate who can work 12hrs Shift Familiarity with local building codes and standards
