Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution. Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide site work. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with safety and building standards. Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation. Conduct quality checks and inspection of materials and workmanship. Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and BOQs. Support project planning and scheduling with senior engineers. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required. Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and guidelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Site supervision and execution Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and surveying tools Familiarity with construction safety protocols Basic knowledge of structural and civil design principles Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
