Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Civil Site Engineer

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project progress as per schedule. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of work. Interpret and execute construction drawings and plans. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Assist in material procurement and inventory management. Conduct site measurements and quantity estimation. Liaise with the project manager and update project status. Resolve site-related issues promptly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 0-4 years of site supervision or related experience. Understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to site conditions.
