Job Description

We are 18 yr old group of company working in more than top 20 industries on Pan India basis, working in IT, Banking & Microfinance Finance, FMCG, Insurance, Pharma, Retail, Real estate, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 2900 employees in ore than 750 branches over India.

The primary job role of civil site engineer manages construction projects on-site and ensures that the work is completed according to design, budget, and schedule, while prioritizing safety and quality. This includes site supervision, technical problem-solving, resource management (labor and materials), quality control, reporting, and coordinating with architects, clients, and workers to transform blueprints into reality.

Work experience and qualification:-

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Real Estate or construction projects. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:-

Project Planning & Supervision:

Reviewing designs, setting out sites, overseeing daily activities, and monitoring progress against plans.

Technical Oversight:

Checking technical drawings, conducting site investigations, performing surveys, and providing technical advice.

Quality & Safety:

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards; inspecting materials and workmanship.

Resource & Cost Management:

Managing budgets, procuring materials, estimating costs, and allocating resources efficiently.

Communication & Reporting:

Liaising with clients, architects, and subcontractors; preparing progress reports and resolving site issues.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving unexpected technical challenges and deficiencies quickly.
Core Duties:-

Site Inspections:

Regular visits to ensure work meets specifications.

Schedule Management:

Monitoring timelines and reporting delays.

Documentation:

Preparing site reports, project updates, and technical files.

Staff Coordination:

Guiding and supervising site workers and subcontractors.
Reporting Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow

Salary:- Rs.25,000-40,000/- per month + PF + TA + others.
