Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day project execution at the construction site Read and interpret structural & architectural drawings Prepare and manage

Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)

Monitor RCC work: footing, columns, beams, slabs, shuttering & reinforcement Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers Conduct quality checks for materials (cement, steel, concrete, bricks, sand, etc.) Manage labour and ensure work discipline at the site Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation Handle material planning and usage to avoid wastage Assist in BOQ preparation, estimation, and measurement verification Support billing and work certification process Oversee finishing works (plaster, tiles, painting, etc.) if required Ensure safety compliance and maintain proper site standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in building construction Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD

(must) Ability to manage site independently Strong understanding of RCC, structural drawings, and site execution Good communication and reporting skills Knowledge of MS Excel (basic to intermediate) Physically fit and ready to work on site Ability to handle labour and coordinate with vendors

Preferred (Added Advantage)

Experience in residential/commercial building sites Knowledge of finishing items Understanding of local materials and market Ability to work under pressure during slab casting and deadlines
