Job Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors for smooth project execution. Prepare daily progress reports and update the project manager. Check and verify measurements, quantities, and bills. Ensure timely availability of materials and monitor material usage. Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company standards. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide solutions. Maintain site documentation and records.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of site execution and construction processes. Ability to read and understand civil drawings. Good communication and team coordination skills. Ability to handle site challenges and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of MS Office and measurement tools.
