Coordinating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
On-site supervision:
Supervising and directing construction activities to ensure work is performed correctly.
Setting out sites and ensuring the accuracy of the work.
Managing site activities and resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Providing technical advice and solving problems as they arise on site.
Quality and safety:
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
Performing regular inspections and quality checks on the work being done.
Ensuring that the highest quality materials are used and that all work meets industry standards.
Reporting and administration:
Preparing and submitting progress reports.
Logging progress and maintaining project documentation and records.
Managing project budgets and purchasing equipment and materials.
