Abi Groups is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed as per drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety norms. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
Prepare site reports, measurements, and work progress updates
Manage materials, manpower, and site resources efficiently
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
Ensure timely completion of work within budget Requirements
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Strong coordination and communication skills
Willingness to work on-site full time Benefits
