Job summary

Seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer with 10-12 years of experience to oversee and manage residential construction projects. This full-time, site-based position requires a strong background in civil engineering and the ability to effectively coordinate on-site activities, ensuring successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

: Oversee the daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that all work is executed according to project plans and specifications.

Quality Control

: Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure construction work meets the highest standards.

Project Coordination

: Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure all activities on site comply with local building codes and regulations.

Progress Reporting

: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting project advancements, challenges, and solutions.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

Experience

: 10-12 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on residential construction.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field such as B.Tech/B.E. in Civil.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with high-rise residential projects Familiarity with sustainable building practices
