Execute repair work on building structures including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and roofing with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members and contractors to plan and execute repair projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain detailed documentation of repairs performed, materials used, and inspection reports for record-keeping and future reference.
Ensure all repair activities comply with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Assist in preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of building components and prevent future issues.
Experience
Proven experience in civil repair work within commercial or residential buildings.
Familiarity with construction tools and materials used in building repairs.
Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or repair manuals for accurate execution of tasks.
Experience using electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical systems.
