Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom sessions, online lectures, and doubt-clearing for Prelims, Mains, and Interview preparation.
Mentor students on mains answer writing, essay skills, and personality development for interviews.
Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum updates, and student performance analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements
Preferred
: Candidates who have appeared for UPSC Civil Services Mains and/or Interview (any year). Prior teaching experience in IAS coaching is a plus.
Freshers Welcome
: Subject experts with strong conceptual clarity can apply--demonstrate via demo class or sample content.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills; ability to simplify complex topics for aspirants.
Proficiency in English and regional languages (Malayalam preferred for Kerala students).
