Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Prepare and review project documentation including technical drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards. Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Resolve design and development problems as they arise during the project lifecycle. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction teams. Monitor project costs and resources, and prepare progress reports. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and local construction codes and regulations. Review and approve project plans, submittals, and change orders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (or in progress). 4- 7years of experience in civil engineering project management. Proficient in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro) and MS Office Suite.
