Education: Any Graduate or Certified in Safety Management Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Location: Pune Aundh
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures specific to civil construction activities.
Conduct daily safety inspections and site audits to identify unsafe practices and conditions.
Ensure compliance with legal and organizational health and safety regulations.
Deliver safety induction training for new workers and toolbox talks for ongoing awareness.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure it is worn appropriately.
Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to enforce safe work practices.
Maintain records of safety-related activities, including inspections, incidents, permits, and training.
Coordinate with emergency services and participate in drills and emergency response planning.
