Civil Safety Engineer
who bridges the gap between strategic engineering and site safety.
Unlike a standard safety officer, you will focus on the strategic development of safety protocols and engineering-led solutions to ensure our construction and infrastructure projects are benchmarks for excellence and security.
Core Responsibilities
Risk & Hazard Management:
Conduct rigorous site inspections, comprehensive risk assessments, and proactive hazard identification.
Policy & Planning:
Develop and enforce safety programs and emergency response plans aligned with Indian regulatory standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure 100% adherence to State Factory Rules and national safety laws (OSHA India).
Training & Mentorship:
Lead safety workshops, specialized training sessions, and daily "toolbox talks" for our workforce and subcontractors.
Incident Investigation:
Perform deep-dive investigations into accidents or near-misses and implement permanent corrective actions.
Strong grasp of risk assessment tools, safety management software, and the ability to analyze complex blueprints.
Soft Skills:
A leader who communicates clearly, solves problems on the fly, and has an uncompromising eye for detail.
