Responsibilities for construction supervisor

Report progress, performance, initiatives, issues, and challenges to the construction superintendent Provide input to and review development of contractors detailed plans to complete the work Monitor and appraise contractor's performance and recommend corrective action to be taken where deficiencies are detected Coordinate resolution of production and technical issues with appropriate company and contractor resources on and off-site Ensure appropriate Material Handling and Working Environment reviews are carried out at site and that findings are resolved and implemented by contractor Review field change requests and change assessments in accordance with Management of Change Plan Assist PMT in meeting RGEE expectation as required Ensure Contractor management systems are followed Assist in the preparation of daily activity reports Serve as day-to-day interface with EPC contractor/craft labor during the Execution phase providing a focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule

Qualifications for construction supervisor

Knowledge of Quality Control/ Quality Assurance practices Degree to be construction related Provide safety monitoring/leadership/coaching participate in safety meetings Participate, coach and assist Contractor personnel in effective pre-task planning measures in JSA's, and toolbox meetings Interface with QA/QC personnel to address quality issues/progress Provide oversight of contractor's materials management/verification systems Monitor and ensure compliance with specification, procedures, and plans

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
