NVT Quality Lifestyle Projects Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications from qualified and experienced Civil Engineers for Quantity Survey and Bill Certification.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Seek to minimize the cost of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly. Carrying out cost analysis, monitoring cost variations and preparing reports Understanding the requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.

Requirement:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge on construction costs and contracts. Strong maths knowledge. Excellent attention to detail. Analytical thinking skills. Understanding of engineering science and technology. Knowledge of building and construction. Relevant educational background( Civil Engineering)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
