Prepare detailed quantity takeoff, BOQ,Cost estimation of building structure, finishing and interior works.
well Knowledge in Autocad, preparation of technical drawings, understanding of technical drawings
should know about building permit rules, building construction standards, online permit filings.
Draft and submit tender documents with technical & commercial details.
Conduct site measurements and prepare RA & final bills.
Verify and certify vendor/subcontractor invoices.
Track cost vs budget, variations, and maintain rate databases.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for costing accuracy
