Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Quality Controller to monitor and ensure quality standards at our construction sites. The role involves carrying out inspections, checking materials, and maintaining quality documentation in line with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and monitor civil works such as concreting, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing. Verify construction materials and ensure test certificates meet requirements. Conduct inspections as per ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) and maintain records. Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Assist in preparing Method Statements and Quality Control procedures. Maintain daily quality reports, checklists, and logs. Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants for quality compliance. Ensure safe storage and handling of construction materials.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in civil quality control at construction projects. Knowledge of IS codes / ASTM / BS standards. Experience in site inspections and material testing. Good communication and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
