Key Responsibilities
Perform civil QA/QC inspections for solar projects (foundations, structures, roads, drainage, etc.)
Ensure quality compliance as per project specifications, drawings, and standards
Monitor site execution activities and support quality control processes
Review inspection checklists, test records, and QA/QC documentation
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and client representatives
Raise NCRs and support corrective & preventive actions
Ensure work completion as per approved drawings and quality plans
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
6-7 years of experience in
Solar Energy projects
Minimum exposure to
3 completed solar projects
Strong understanding of civil QA/QC and site execution
Ability to work on project-based assignments
