Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of services by developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with Civil standards and regulations.

2. Inspections and Tests: Conduct regular inspections and tests to materials and the reports meet civil quality standards.

3. Defect Identification: Identify snags and recommend corrective actions.

4. Documentation: Maintain checklists, including inspection reports and test results.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback for process improvement.

6. Training: Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and standards.

7. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to quality control processes.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management in Civil.

2. Certifications: Certifications in quality management, such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma, preferred.

3. Experience: Minimum

6-8 year

s of experience in quality assurance or quality control.

4. Skills: Strong knowledge of quality control principles, statistical process control, and industry regulations.

5. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities.
