Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Civil Project Manager to lead and execute government infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, coordination with government departments, statutory compliance, and timely delivery within approved cost and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Plan, execute, and monitor government civil projects as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource plans.
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Government Liaison & Compliance
Coordinate with government officials, consultants, and statutory authorities.
Ensure compliance with CPWD / PWD / State / Central Government norms and tender conditions.
Manage approvals, inspections, and mandatory government documentation.
Site Management
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Monitor daily site activities, progress reports, and material consumption.
Resolve technical, execution, and site-related challenges effectively.
Quality, Safety & Documentation
Ensure quality control as per IS codes and project specifications.
Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with labor laws and site safety norms.
Maintain project documentation including DPRs, MBs, RA bills, variation orders, and completion reports.
Billing & Cost Control
Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and variation claims.
Track project costs, control wastage, and manage budgets efficiently.
Coordinate with accounts and billing teams for timely submissions and payments.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of government tender procedures and contracts
Hands-on experience in roads, buildings, drainage, water supply, or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with CPWD / PWD / NBCC / PSU standards
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Excel
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
