We're seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and deliver large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and deliver construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
2. Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
3. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
4. Conduct site visits, monitoring progress and identifying potential issues
5. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
6. Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and industry standards
7. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
2. Proven experience in civil project management, preferably in a similar industry
3. Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale construction projects
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage priorities
6. Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and industry standards
