Immediate hiring for Civil project Manager !!!!

Lead end-to-end project management for civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Prepare project timelines, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress. Monitor on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings. Manage project documentation including contracts, drawings, BOQs, reports, and statutory approvals. Identify risks, delays, and cost overruns; implement corrective actions. Track project costs and prepare financial reports and billing documentation. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary point of contact throughout the project. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in civil engineering.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). 10 to 15 years of experience in civil construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning tools, and safety standards. Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
