Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and deliver large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

2. Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

3. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans.

5. Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality standards, codes, and regulations.

6. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

7. Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and meetings.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
