Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

:Develop project plans, set objectives, define scope, and manage project execution from initiation to completion.

Budget & Resource Management

:Oversee project budgets, control costs, manage procurement processes, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

:Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow and coordination.

Construction Oversight

:Coordinate design and construction activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to designs and quality standards.

Compliance & Safety

:Ensure all construction practices and site conditions meet regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and building standards.

Reporting & Documentation

:Prepare and present project status reports, maintain project documentation, and create detailed reports for stakeholders.

Risk Management

:Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
