Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering ,Diploma ,Real Estate or related field

5-10 years of experience in real estate (depending on role seniority).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving target.

Customer -centric mindset with problem-solving ability.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast paced environment

:

Oversee the planning and implementation of civil construction projects ,including scheduling , budgeting , and resource management

Coordinate with architects ,engineers and others construction specialists to develop project plans and scope of work

Ensure that construction projects comply with legal requirements and local building codes.

Manage and supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time ,within budget , and to the required quality standards

Monitor progress and prepare reports for senior management and project stakeholders

Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure that construction is being carried out according to plans and specifications

Ensure that safety regulations are being followed on the construction site.

Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process and provide solution to problems

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Must have Experience in any Real Estate Company

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
