to oversee site execution and manage all aspects of civil construction work, specifically Ground Floor (GF) and First Floor (FF) projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial civil works and must be capable of handling the site independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely execution of civil work as per drawings and specifications.
Manage labor, materials, and resources efficiently to ensure smooth site operations.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and clients.
Understand and execute structural, RCC, masonry, plastering, tiling, and finishing works.
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance on-site.
Maintain accurate records of work progress, site reports, measurements, and material usage.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
Ensure cost control and minimal wastage of resources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for project tracking.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering
2-3 years of hands-on experience in site execution and project management (GF & FF level work).
Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site documentation.
Willingness to travel to site locations as required.
