We are seeking a seasoned Civil Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale building projects from inception to handover. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-site building projects, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for civil building contracts, including starting to handover.
Direct and coordinate multiple project teams across planning, design, procurement, execution, and handover phases.
Ensure seamless coordination between client representatives, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and change management.
Set clear project KPIs for cost, quality, safety, and time, and ensure performance tracking against them.
Drive timely material procurement, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination for installation.
Conduct site visits, monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Ensure technical compliance with building code specifications and design intent.
Work closely with the engineering and production teams to align site and factory activities.
Mentor and guide Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Supervisors, and build strong project delivery teams.
Lead project review meetings, client presentations, and contract negotiations as needed.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (Postgraduate qualifications preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 6 years in a senior project management position within Residential/ Commercial/ Educational/ Hospital/Industrial civil building industry.
Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex civil building projects across geographies.
Deep understanding of civil project system design, production flow, installation challenges, and site coordination.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and project documentation processes.
Knowledge of contract administration, risk mitigation, and claims management is a plus.
