Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Civil Project Manager

to lead and oversee multiple construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, resource management, execution, budgeting, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage civil construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Prepare project budgets, cost estimations, and manage financial performance. Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder updates. Resolve project issues, manage risks, and implement corrective actions. Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor to maintain productivity. Ensure procurement and delivery of materials as per project timelines. Maintain project documentation, reports, and records accurately.

Required Skills:

Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Fluency in English and Kannada.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil project management in the construction industry. Proven experience in managing large-scale residential/commercial projects.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
