: Project Civil Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Civil Manager to oversee and manage civil engineering projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, construction, and site development. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Develop project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to avoid project delays. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 8+ years of experience in project management within the construction or civil engineering industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
