Job Summary:

The Project Planning Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, scheduling, and monitoring of all development activities in plotted colonies and township projects -- including roads, services, landscaping, and infrastructure works. The role ensures that all project stages are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed project schedules (baseline & micro plans) for plotted and infrastructure works. Plan and monitor development of roads, sewerage, water supply, electrification, and landscaping. Prepare project timelines, milestone charts, and cash flow projections. Track actual progress vs. planned progress and highlight deviations. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams for timely project delivery. Develop resource allocation plans for materials, manpower, and machinery. Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for management. Support tendering and contractor planning with timelines and scope alignment. Conduct project review meetings and ensure target achievement at each phase. Assist management in cost optimization and project performance evaluation.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of township / plotted infrastructure development. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera for scheduling and monitoring. Understanding of roadwork, drainage, electrical, and water supply systems. Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills. Ability to plan and monitor multiple sites simultaneously.

Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering Certification in Project Management (preferred)
