Hiring Project Engineer*

Location - Kolkata.

Salary- 20k - 25k

Education Qualification- Diploma in civil

Experience - 3yrs

Gender - *Male

Job Responsibilities -

Roles & Responsibility :

a . Prepatre Contracts Work order and agreements in coordination with senior.

b. Prepare scope of work , BOQ terms, and technical specifications.

c. Review and ensure compliance with company's contractual , commercial and legal conditions.

d. maintain proper documentation of contracts and variations.

e. Ensure materials comply with IS codes, drawings and approved vendor lists.

f. Record periodic Quality inspection reports observations and issue NCR s ( Non Conformance Reports ) in case of any deviations.

g. Liaise with lab/ third parties for materials and concrete testing.

h. Verify contractor RA bills and final bills against BOQ and executed work.

i. Cross check quantities with measurements books , site records, and drawings.

j. Validate theoretical vs actual materials consumption.

k. Highlight discrepancies and recommend corrective actions before approval.

l. Must be MS Excel , word & computer proficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
