JOB DESCRIPTION

Minimum 6+ years work experience in residential apartment and commercial projects.

. Recording of M-Books, based on periodical process, co relate with drawing based Bill of Quantity

Orientation to labour agencies on quality/speed of work

Monitoring progress and quality on a daily basis.

. Quality of good in finishing work

Labour and sub contractor maintenance

. Safety practices during construction.

Language speaking -

Hindi

Salary:- starts from ?25,000 -?35,000 per month
