Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Design and Engineering:

Prepare engineering designs, specifications, and documents based on architectural drawings and models.

Construction Supervision:

Oversee construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Quality Control and Safety:

Implement quality control measures and enforce safety procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Cost Control and Budget Management:

Track project costs, manage budgets, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate project activities and address issues.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the project.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain project documentation, prepare progress reports, and manage financial reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and relevant regulations.

Project Management Skills:

Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budget management.
