Job location; Chennai: - Alwarpet,poes garden,boat club,gopalapuram,Mandaveli .( with company Accommodation ) JOB DESCRIPTION Minimum 10 + years work experience in residential apartment and commercial projects. . Recording of M-Books, based on periodical process, co relate with drawing based Bill of Quantity Orientation to labour agencies on quality/speed of work Monitoring progress and quality on a daily basis. . Quality of good in finishing work Monitoring progress on site management. Labour and sub contractor maintenance . Safety practices during construction. .
