Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Purpose:
To coordinate, monitor, and support day-to-day civil project activities across sites, ensuring timely execution, quality, and cost control while acting as a bridge between project sites, vendors, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination and Execution
Assist Project Manager in planning and scheduling construction activities.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Track project progress and highlight bottlenecks or delays.
2. Site Supervision and Quality
Monitor work execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Ensure quality checks and adherence to approved materials and methods.
Assist in conducting inspections and audits as required.
3. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and work logs.
Assist in preparing measurement sheets, bills, and contractor work certifications.
Compile reports for management on timelines, costs, and resource utilization.
4. Vendor and Resource Coordination
Follow up with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate manpower deployment and ensure productivity.
Maintain inventory of materials and tools at site.
5. Safety and Compliance
Support implementation of site safety and environmental policies.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance at project sites.
Report safety incidents and assist in corrective actions.
6. Liaison and Communication
Act as a communication link between the project team, consultants, and management.
Participate in site review meetings and provide inputs on progress and issues.
Address technical queries and escalate matters as needed.
Skills & Competencies:
Sound knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and standards.
Good planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of contracts, billing, and measurement procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
