Job summary

The Civil Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient project completions. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Scheduling

: Develop and manage detailed project schedules for various construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.

Resource Allocation

: Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently across different projects to maintain optimal workflow and project progress.

Budget Management

: Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and identifying areas for potential savings while maintaining project quality.

Risk Management

: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS-Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6
Key Requirements

Experience

: 7-10 years of experience in civil planning within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Regulatory Knowledge

: Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the Bengaluru Urban area.
